南ジャカルタのリソグラフスタジオであり出版も手がけるBinatang Press!の最新作「RM Surya Tak Pernah Tenggelam」。本書は、インドネシア、ジャカルタにあるレストランを通してインドネシアの食やジャカルタの街の歴史や変化を紹介した1冊。今回は、そんな本を通してインドネシアの食、そして、本作りについて話を伺います。
Binatang Press!, a risograph studio and publisher based in South Jakarta, presents its latest work: “RM Surya Tak Pernah Tenggelam.” This book explores Indonesian cuisine and the history and transformation of Jakarta through the lens of a restaurant located in the city. We’ll be talking about Indonesian food and the process of bookmaking through the lens of this very book.
